I Complained Against DU Telecom .Hopefully I Satisfied TDRA Service.
A pity
Although the staff were very polite and understanding, full and proper information was not given my the service provider to TDRA. I guess they just chose the details and conversation they wanted to share with TDRA. And although TDRA said I should pay 1383.49 Etisalat still shows a higher amount to be paid. How can this be closed? Both amounts have to tally. I will pay this amount and Etisalat will still keep asking for more money. That is their agenda. People in uae must be warned that when closing accounts, not to do it over the phone but must go to Etisalat office and get documented proof. Thanks

شركات الاتصالات اقوى منكم
عشان اقدم شكوى ضد شركة اتصالات تلزموني بادخال رقم الشكوى اللي المفروض اخذه من الشركة اللي بشتكي عليها عشان تقبلون الشكوى، والشركة ترفض تعطيني رقم عشان اشتكي عليهم وهذا طبيعي، يعني بمعنى اخر لازم اخذ موافقتهم اني بشتكي عليهم، اي منطق هذا؟
مع العلم ان خانة رقم الشكوى حاطينه بصيغة معينة حتى الواحد مايقدر يحط رقم عشوائي او صفر، يعني انسى تشتكي على شركة اتصالات.
