Charged me for food when kitchen was not open
The app let me order food, gave me the choice of asap or later. I picked asap and paid for it. Got to store and the kitchen wasn’t even open. It didn’t open for another hour. No way to cancel order in app of get food I paid for.
New app terrible
Signed me out, now wants to track me, new app sucks. Reset password doesn't work. Can't sign in. App is broken.
NEW UPDATE LOGGED ME OUT
Iv had my account for almost a year and used it almost daily, I LOST OVER 10k rewards iv saved now all the money I spent was for legit for nothing, not using y’all’s app or stores again….!!!!!

Not my favorite
I’ve tried this app out for a couple of weeks . Found out there’s a TD up the street from my job with a WB and thought it would be great to create an account to get me stuff otw to work. This app stinks . It takes forever to load , then when it does it has trouble processing cards . I have to add the money to my Apple wallet just to purchase . Then I get to the store after placing my order ahead of time and it’s still not available/ready. So I’m just about to uninstall this app it’s not a time saver like I thought . SMH

Arghhhh!
I use this app all the time. Now everytime I open it, it says check my connection. Its not my connection! Its the app!
New update is awful
They updated the software but it’s worse than before. Rewards wont process half the time, then anytime you start an order it basically opens a new window causing even more issues. App was just fine as is
Redesign is hard to look at
I use this app a lot and am used to being able to quickly put in my order and easily see my options clearly.
After the update I have these issues:
- The app logged me out
- The app doesn’t support my password manager
- Ads take up most of the screen space instead of rewards.
- Navigation looks clunky and don’t display enough items per page
- Location selection is clunky and annoying
- The white and yellow theme is too bright and hurts my eyes
- The back button doesn’t work on checkout
- App feels unresponsive compared to the previous version
- Checkout process has too many pages
- looks like additional cards were saved without my permission from in store purchase history (one listed over and over)
This is enough change to make me reconsider using this app (which is my primary way of purchasing) in the future. Please roll back the app.

The 21+ offers does not work. It gives me a, property code cannot be null. Error.
Bad update
The most recent update made it significantly slower and more difficult to order food. Offers and redeeming rewards still takes forever to load. It’s honestly worth it now to just go to the store and order on the kiosk than to use the app.

Good Store, but App Issue!
This is a great store to order from, but if the store is out of something, the app allows you to order anyway! Not fair, no way to get a refund.

If you like finding great deals, download this app. TwiceDaily has lots of different BOGO offers every day on really good big-brand items. It’s very common to open the app and see a “Today Only” offer of something COMPLETELY FREE, and you don’t have to purchase ANYTHING to get it!! I literally just now walked in there and got a free freshly made donut, and it didn’t cost reward points, and I didn’t buy anything! Like, what other companies do that on the regular??

Loyalty customers
A card that could be added to Apple wallet would make it so much more convenient for loyalty customers than typing In my number every time I checkout.

The app seems to be down often. Also, the menu is inaccurate to what each store offers.

The best convenience store rewards program around! Online ordering is a great feature too.
TD Review
So I’m not a trucker or anything but some of my greatest memories is going to this store with my grandma right up the road from my house. We always get some food and drinks and now the app helps a lot. From saving money when there are free items (for example: when the titans score in the last 2 minutes of the half you get a free MTO titans burger) or buying things with points. The app has it all. Thank you to the TD store employees for everything.
