Pathetic login
In iphone after entering email, it asks to put the verification code but does not remove the keypad so we cannot enter

I hate this app so much every time I try to login on my mobile device it makes me verify with my email and I give it the code that it sends me and it just fails telling me no.
To solve this, I simply just have to completely close the app and open it and maybe try the code one more time and then close and open the app again it’s so stupid. It’s so poorly coded. Just let me use my password. Two factor authentication is meant to be done once in a while to verify my device this is the same device.

Edit: got it to log in somehow
Previously had trouble logging in but randomly bypassed the confirmation screen somehow.

Can no longer log in.
I enter my email, it sends me a code. When I enter the code it doesn’t automatically send me to the log in and there is no enter button or way to dismiss the keyboard to look for a submit. I’m on an iPhone 12.

I loved this app until today!!
I tried to login to my classes today and got a notice that they could not retrieve my classes. I tried on and off throughout the day. Now home from work and tried to login several times and it says that it sent an email with a code….nope, no code, checked spam, checked garbage, searched current mail! Nothing!!
And trying to get help, well that was useless!
Went and read a lot of the poor reviews and it looks like those of us using iPad or iPhone are all in the same one or two star boat. I have had no response from developer. I loved the app when I first started using it but once I started having problems I would not recommend as I can’t pull up my classes.

Today I lost access to all courses
This app is typically hit or miss but today I logged on to discover I could not access ANY of my courses across ALL of my devices. This is entirely unacceptable, as I use courses on Teachable to help with my own lesson plans for my students. I will never support this platform again and I recommend that, if possible, you find your courses elsewhere. The frustrating part is that I have already paid a pretty penny for these courses so I must continue to use this awful platform. Terrible.

Since they did an update I can’t get on your app, I’ve deleted and reinstalled.
Logs you out every time, pointless as an app
Better to use safari because app always logs you out, benefit of using app is easier access, this makes it harder
Won’t display content
App won’t display content. Logged out and back in. Deleted and reinstalled. Shows my schools but when you click into one there is no content. App is worthless. Why is it even downloadable.
Makes repeat learning more difficult than it needs to be.
Great for first-time course consumption, but frustrating for repeat learners. There’s no way to reset progress or cleanly restart a course, which makes deliberate re-study and implementation harder than it should be. This is a major limitation for anyone serious about actually applying what they’ve learned.

Cannot watch downloaded lessons offline
Downloaded all classes but app won’t left you watch offline - what’s the point of downloading?
No password option
Need to be able to log into the iOS app with a password. I've been sitting here waiting for the login code to be emailed for 10 minutes now. This is the correct email address that logs me with a password on the web, and I’ve checked spam, etc., and no dice. So I'm effectively locked out of the app. Email-only login systems are hot garbage

Overall really enjoying this app.
I have purchased quite a few art classes and enjoy being able to do the classes at my own rate or going back and watching a lesson again. I would definitely recommend Teachable to anyone who enjoys online classes.
Downloads feature broken after last update
Ever since the upgrade ( when you changed the icon ) a few months ago, the downloads feature is not working. This is pretty frustrating as I used this feature flawlessly for years. Please restore this feature.
Always freezes, basically useless
So frustrating, I can’t use the app on my phone. The app just locks up. I wish the course I signed up for used a different program.
