No support, under delivered and over promised. Would give 0. Big concern of student data and photo security.
Stops working, crashes, support can’t be reached
The app started out working great, but one day I opened it up and all my students were on the main view of the classroom. I tried to hit the seating chart button but each time I try it tells me I need a premium subscription, which I already have. I figured maybe I should try to buy the premium subscription again but it said the payment wouldn’t go through, then when I tried again it said I already had a premium membership. I went to the support page and left a message as I was directed to do. Well, I’ve done this 3 times now and now one has gotten back to me. I am frustrated to say the least.

No support whatsoever
I can no longer signing into the app. I sent a message through the app over 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. The last update was 2 years ago so I’m guessing they call it quit on this one.
Unable to reach anyone
I have paid money as a subscriber premium yet I'm unable to login online or get help when I do not have access to features. I'd be worried about subscribing. I gotta make sure I cancel and that there's no renewal because I don't think anyone is actually minding this app I've sent two messages and still I haven't heard from anybody.
