No support, under delivered and over promised. Would give 0. Big concern of student data and photo security.
Stops working, crashes, support can’t be reached
The app started out working great, but one day I opened it up and all my students were on the main view of the classroom. I tried to hit the seating chart button but each time I try it tells me I need a premium subscription, which I already have. I figured maybe I should try to buy the premium subscription again but it said the payment wouldn’t go through, then when I tried again it said I already had a premium membership. I went to the support page and left a message as I was directed to do. Well, I’ve done this 3 times now and now one has gotten back to me. I am frustrated to say the least.

No support whatsoever
I can no longer signing into the app. I sent a message through the app over 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. The last update was 2 years ago so I’m guessing they call it quit on this one.
Unable to reach anyone
I have paid money as a subscriber premium yet I'm unable to login online or get help when I do not have access to features. I'd be worried about subscribing. I gotta make sure I cancel and that there's no renewal because I don't think anyone is actually minding this app I've sent two messages and still I haven't heard from anybody.

Crashes, bugs, and no support
I was excited to use this app, but it was honestly so frustrating. I tried to add students to a class by importing my rosters--I kept getting error messages saying the csv file wasn't formatted right, and nothing happened when I clicked the "guidelines" button in the app. I had to search for help on the FAQ section of the website, but the article was confusing and the template didn't work. After trying 5 different versions the app just began crashing after importing the csv file. So I tried logging into the website, since the app wasn't working...but my password was incorrect, so I tried to reset my password by entering my email address. I did this FIVE TIMES and nothing happened--no email, no reset, and I can't get into my account. Wasted about 45 minutes of my day.

Premium features not working - zero response from ‘support’
I love this app and use it daily and have subscribed for the premium features but these do not work. I have tried to send emails but have had zero response. Can someone please help me with this!

I purchased the premium version and have not been able to access the app since I get an error code and there is no support provided at all from the app provider. I have sent numerous messages a variety of times and methods and have heard nothing for three weeks now.

Ripped me off and I’m angry
I used to use this app and really liked it. I used it for 8 years and now it won’t let me log in even though I have paid for the year. Nobody ever responds to the chat and I can’t find a phone number. RIP OFF do not buy.

Customer Support is nonexistent!
I have used this app for years with no problems. Two weeks ago my account locked me out, even with the paid subscription. I sent 4 messages with error screenshots over the two weeks and received no reply from their support staff. I have deleted the app and will never use this again!!!!!!
Loved the app-now disappointed and frustrated.
I pay for the premium version of this app and do a yearly auto renewal. For the second year in a row right around the time of auto renewal it states I don’t have premium access yet my credit card has been charged, apple has checked their end and no one will respond to my support questions at TK. I now have not had access to a paid app that I utilize daily for over 10 days. Customer service has been terrible and there is no phone number to call for contact. Needless to say I have started looking for other app options for attendance/seating charts and would like a refund if they ever respond which I’m not holding my breath for.

Problems in login
Unfortunately, the application is bad and full of programming problems, there is no real development, and customer service does not communicate well. I will cancel my annual subscription if they do not contact me regarding my problem, which was at the beginning. After the annual renewal, I did not get the additional features and I could not log out. I had to delete the application and download it again, and it no longer accepts logging in to my account. I contacted them before deleting the application from my account, and I also contacted them after deleting the application and downloading it again, and there was no response at all. I advise you not to download the application.
