The app is totally glitchy , ive bought the paid version and from the second day onwards the 3d body images are just blank black screen

I would like to request a refund.
It seems that my subscription has not been fully canceled, but instead set to not renew for the next billing cycle. However, this is not what I intended.
I was unable to find the information I needed, and I no longer wish to use the service starting now. Therefore, I kindly ask you to cancel my current subscription immediately and process a refund for the recent payment.

Thanks for your review - sorry to hear the subscription hasn’t worked as you expected. We don’t have access to App Store subscriptions directly, so cancellations and refunds need to be managed through Apple. Very Useful app. But app closes anytime I exit for a short while or to google something.
