Login issues with multiple accounts
The app is decent, but I have multiple accounts and randomly when I try to switch the accounts, they aren't there. I have to enter the login and put otp but when I try to switch again after sometime it just disappears. This is is very frustrating.
Good but can be better
The app itself is good but the ui is broken at times. For example, images in test answer boxes cover up the whole screen, rather than being shrunken down to be easitiy viewed. And the test title and submit buttons are hiding at times. The whole app isn’t landscape mode but only during meeting it becomes landscape. Also, if a study material has been upload during the call, one has to leave and download the study material. Also, there’s no dark mode yet.

Quality option
When we used the app, when we see the vedio in recorded section there is no quality option of vedio due to witch use large data at hight quality if you will add the quality option in vedio then we can easily adjust the quality accordingly and we can save our data
Parent module is not available for ios. No helpline as well.
We have been trying to install the app but neither is it giving ios support nor is it fetching the student profile. No helpline number or online chat is available for online help or support. An email sent to Teach-mint only gave the standard operating procedure and was of no use.
Problem with speed adjustment
It always creates problem while adjusting the speed of class, idk what is the problem but sometimes it only shows 0.2 and 0.5 speed available this is really irritating overall app is kinda okay but you need to fix this problem

I have teaching on teachmint from past 4 months this aap is really amazing … my students progress is really good no matter where I go I can easily use this aap without issues … and the new feature of tests is amazing … automatic question paper for tests saved my time ..

Superb app
Just one request after recent updates we are unable to upload pdf for test , now it is giving the option to type the questions individualy or to upload question image individually which is being really hectic kindly do that reverse.
Second important thing is that now students are not able to see their wrong questions before they can kindly do that also.

Great overall
Teachmint is personally my top choice as a student, when it comes to online teaching.
Lots of useful features like chats, automatic attendance, class group, timetable, notification when a live class starts and more importantly, the option to set it to audio mode only when internet connection is bad.

Very Good
Hii, this app is very nice, but misses out 2 things
1. No app for windows, please release a desktop app, using browsers is sometimes laggy
2. No direct screen share option from ipad to students. Need to use 3rd party apps like apowermirror to do the same which again is laggy

Facing a problem
I am using this from 2 months but problem is that whenever I login from my laptop it always keep saying Pls login using your computer to use Teachmint web. And whenever I just open a another app or someone call is coming in between class, I can’t listen anyone I need leave and join again and again pls fix this

Usefulness of Teachmint app:
This app is quite interesting and just excellent. I can say it’s an “All in One” . I can teach in Video, Audio, share notes, conduct tests through it. It’s just amazing and useful.
Audio not routing to headphone automatically
Headphones needed to be removed and plugged while shifting the classroom in-order to route audio to headphones. It seems toilsome to plug-in and plug out frequently and it seems hard when there is poor network. Hope you look into the matter and let us experience better next time..
My Experience -
Earlier i had some problems in opening it and then related to visuals and sometimes with audios also but after its new update, things have been working pretty smooth . Nice app !

White board size is small ……
I downloaded today and tried to teach by using white board, but the size of white boar is small as comparative to iPad screen due to which very less space is available to write on whiteboard. I am also using free as well as paid version of Zoom app. In both version I am getting big white board to write on iPad. So it’s requesting you to increase the size of white board and app fits to iPad screen. Overall good app.

Nice platform it is now better then previous. Don’t consider previous reviews... Now it’s fine. But only issue is here that is multiple teacher can’t teach a class. Best of best app 👌
