Ich kam erstmal für Wochen nicht in die App und jetzt kann ich keine Rechnungen ansehen oder Downloaden. Kündigung Ist auf dem Weg.

grauenhafte App

seit dem Update ist die App unbrauchbar.
Fehler bei der Angabe des Zählerstandes.
Wechsel zwischen verschiedenen Stromtarifen ist nicht mehr möglich.
Login grauenhaft...

die App war vor dem Update schon grenzwertig, aber das es noch schlechter geht...... naja ich hoffe beim nächsten Update funktioniert alles wieder besser!

Neues Kundenportal der letzte Dreck

Das neue Kundenportal ist so benutzerunfreundlich und einfach schlecht gestaltet. Entwickler haben sich wohl gedacht wie können wir das Kundenerlebnis möglichst anstrengend und frustrierend gestalten. Jedes mal neu anmelden, wirst nicht direkt weitergeleitet sondern muss dich erst zum Portal durchklicken, kommst nicht mehr aus der Dokumentenansicht raus wenn man sich zb eine Revhnjng anschaut, etc. Richtiger Dreck

Katastrophe

Unfassbar wie gut man eine „App“ verschlechtern kann.
Jedes Mal neu einloggen, dann dauert die Weiterleitung ewig, schlägt in 3 von 5 Versuchen fehl, dann dauert es ewig bis man die eigenen Daten sieht, in der Zwischenzeit nervt einen der Chatbot mit Popups und dann gibt’s ne Fehlermeldung beim eintragen des Zählerstands.

Wie kann man so einen Scherbenhaufen ins Produktivsystem freigeben?
