One of the best inner work content that I have experienced. There is very little content that hasn’t been covered by Teal. In her quintessential deep and organised manner. Daily inner self work prompts that enable reflection and accountability, are very refreshing and serve well as a handy, free tool for everyone.
The community is diverse and sensitive. The admins are very prompt, supportive and alert to keep the space safe and supportive.

I was really struggling today I listened to one of Teals meditation ( spirit guide ) was blown away by what came so full of gratitude for this practice and finding Teal many many years ago
