Best Inner Self Work App
One of the best inner work content that I have experienced. There is very little content that hasn’t been covered by Teal. In her quintessential deep and organised manner. Daily inner self work prompts that enable reflection and accountability, are very refreshing and serve well as a handy, free tool for everyone.
The community is diverse and sensitive. The admins are very prompt, supportive and alert to keep the space safe and supportive.

Great content/value
Great courses and super helpful Q&As with Teal Swan, the best in the psychological healing department worldwide imo
More than an app
There are plenty of educational apps around, but this one stands out in the content. 🪄
Best Tool ever came
This is the best area to meet and heal with the people and community altogether .
Vast Knowledge
Accessing the premium workshop replays is AMAZING. Getting to be part of the energy and see Teals MASTERY in action is amazing. I learn so much about how to work with my own parts and patterns and it makes me a better coach. Totally worth it.
Love it & Teal & Team
Teal Swan's Content has had a profound impact on my life, and I genuinely appreciate the unwavering dedication of Teal & Team in supporting healing. This app is exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is a Seeker, Deep Thinker, or in need of healing and connection.

One of life’s greatest teachers ( Teal Swan )
I was really struggling today I listened to one of Teals meditation ( spirit guide ) was blown away by what came so full of gratitude for this practice and finding Teal many many years ago
Great value app
It’s a good app for people who want to either connect with other people or learn from the wealth of material and also meditations. The additional content costs extra, however I find the value quite worth it.
100% Recommend
This woman’s work has changed my life. Anyone looking for radical self love can count on Teal. The workbooks that you get FOR FREE with each week’s video make applying the teachings a piece of cake.
With premium you can attend live online workshops and ask Teal a question FOR FREE. Anyone can benefit from speaking with her, you just need the bravery to put yourself out there.

I’m super thankful for Teals knowledge, I found this app helpful, any step closer to knowing one’s self is to me one step closer to peace within, so then I may be helpful and positive towards others. I hope I can be a better version of myself.
A brilliant world teacher
Teal shines light on everything, with nothing and no one left out.
Teal app
Teal app is the best. The community is getting stronger by the day and this app is top notch and definitely helping.
I love Teal, her teachings and teal tribe.
I would be dead if it wasn’t for Teal’s interventions in my life 🫶

Up and Coming!
Love the features of this app especially for premium members. Non premium members can benefit too. Great way to get in touch with the Teal Swan tribe community members and events.
Favorite thing about this app is that it’s an app lol but really the online events is the best feature they have because it brings a sense of connection and tangibility in a world that needs it. They also continue to make adjustments and tweak issues out as they go along. 👍❤️
