Wanted to Love it
I really wanted to love this app and I do like Alex’s classes, but there is a lot inherently wrong with the whole program, so I’m canceling my subscription after just one month. First, the instructors do not always give advice on proper form while doing the exercises (there are tutorials you can watch separately) and I have seen some in the class do exercises incorrectly which could result in injury. Second, there is no feedback section, so they don’t know what people like or don’t like. Third, there is no way to save videos you like in a folder. Fourth, the workouts feel repetitive. Also, all the talking is sometimes distracting and annoying in some videos. If they change these things I would subscribe again.

Best home workout
Discovered 2020 while in mandated isolation. The workouts are reasonably scaled for everyone and personal success is achieved with consistency. Love the trainers who encourage with positivity!!

I found TBP during Covid . I am an RN and the workouts helped me keep positive mentally and physically strong using water bottles . Now I have a full set of weights and even through a medical issue I remain committed to all the wonderful workouts ! GO TBP 😊

I found TBP in 2020 and have been using them ever since. I am not the most consistent but I rely on Real Start programs to bring me back when needed and use their short workouts like the Mini Beats series when I just need a little boost in my days. I love the banter, the variety of exercises and alternatives, and most of all the positive encouragement along the way!
