Great addition
The mobile app is a huge improvement over the simple webpage view. It’s almost fully featured (missing only custom HTML elements from dashboards) and allows our agents in the field to access their tickets, assets, work tasks and much more. Now that the app has been moved to general availability, notifications generated from the Work Management platform can now include mobile app URLs to ensure they open in the app vs. on the web.

Missing Templates Section
This app is a good start but some functionality is missing from the desktop version. Our department utilizes templates after a new incident is created - unfortunately, when creating a new incident on the app, there is not a menu to select a template. Additionally, the app icon does not switch from light to dark in iOS 18. Overall, it’s nice to have the TDX experience on mobile and I look forward to future improvements.
