Location
Please add a location option. when I’m trying to see the next stop I have to make it goes to the ocean and I have to zoom out and scroll over to North America then find my city… it’s ridiculous. Just put the option for the app getting to my location so I don’t have to literally cross the ocean
Awful
It never syncs... I’ve worked in the field ten years and never come across such an awful app yet.
Crashing
When trying to log in from one supplier to another the app crashes, (error synchronizing) the only way to log on is to delete the app and re load which means I lose historical work...so frustrating and time consuming! Please fix
24 Hr clock
The app works really well most of the time with the occasional crash if you come out of the app to use a different app at the same time, the only thing that irritates me is having to remember to use the 12 hour clock for signing out of jobs only to have the app convert it into the 24 hr clock...... any chance we can be trusted with the 24 hour clock in the next release?

Top reporting app
As a field rep I can’t recommend highly enough. I am now inclined to choose work more readily if the agency offering the work uses this app.
Excellent design and usability mean you can sync the work at the beginning of the day and have all the information at your fingertips wherever you are and without relying on WiFi or phone signal.
