Awful
Why you would choose Teamo over Spond I would never know. unfortunately, my club did chose to use Teamo, and it’s the worst app experience I have ever had. I don’t understand what you’re meant to do, or how you’re meant to navigate through the app. It’s so cluttered, lacking design thinking and the payment flow is clunky.

Totally awful
One of the worst apps out there. Terrible UX, features that don’t work, settings that can’t be accessed, chaotic events calendars and chats.
Very slow and constant bugs
One of our child’s club has decided to use this app and I really wish they swapped to Spond. The chats constantly bug and don’t load properly. The app is frustratingly slow, events and updates take forever to load.
I found the data section (goals, appearances etc) quite interesting initially but it won’t load properly so shows incorrect information. Restarting the app doesn’t solve any of those issues, we have to sometimes wait days for the correct info to load properly. I’d give it a 0 if I could.

Frustrating and buggy app
I’ve used Teamo for a couple of years now and consistently find it frustrating and slow.
It is frustrating that it keeps different clubs apart, unlike Spond where you can see events from multiple clubs in a single calendar feed. To view diary events from each club you effectively have to log out of one club and go into another.
When scrolling through the app it frequently pauses to update events which makes for a slow and frustrating experience.
Accessing certain features and team details are far from intuitive and slow the user experience.
The online user interface is a little better but still not good enough that I could recommend the app to any new sports club. There are better solutions on the market.

Simply awful
Teamo is the worst app I have ever experienced. I don’t understand why the developers don’t fix the bugs, the screen jumps about constantly and is badly laid out.
