Awful
Why you would choose Teamo over Spond I would never know. unfortunately, my club did chose to use Teamo, and it’s the worst app experience I have ever had. I don’t understand what you’re meant to do, or how you’re meant to navigate through the app. It’s so cluttered, lacking design thinking and the payment flow is clunky.

Totally awful
One of the worst apps out there. Terrible UX, features that don’t work, settings that can’t be accessed, chaotic events calendars and chats.
Very slow and constant bugs
One of our child’s club has decided to use this app and I really wish they swapped to Spond. The chats constantly bug and don’t load properly. The app is frustratingly slow, events and updates take forever to load.
I found the data section (goals, appearances etc) quite interesting initially but it won’t load properly so shows incorrect information. Restarting the app doesn’t solve any of those issues, we have to sometimes wait days for the correct info to load properly. I’d give it a 0 if I could.

Frustrating and buggy app
I’ve used Teamo for a couple of years now and consistently find it frustrating and slow.
It is frustrating that it keeps different clubs apart, unlike Spond where you can see events from multiple clubs in a single calendar feed. To view diary events from each club you effectively have to log out of one club and go into another.
When scrolling through the app it frequently pauses to update events which makes for a slow and frustrating experience.
Accessing certain features and team details are far from intuitive and slow the user experience.
The online user interface is a little better but still not good enough that I could recommend the app to any new sports club. There are better solutions on the market.

Simply awful
Teamo is the worst app I have ever experienced. I don’t understand why the developers don’t fix the bugs, the screen jumps about constantly and is badly laid out.

Constantly crashes and have to reload and now with the recent update just get a blank white screen and have to uninstall and reinstall app. Hopefully club might move to a new platform
A reliable solution for team management

The attendance tracking function is also extremely useful, as I can see who is available and plan line-ups with confidence.
Communication with the team has become more structured and effective, as all messages and notifications are centralised in one place. In addition, I also appreciate the clarity of the calendar view, which makes scheduling straightforward and transparent for both players and club admins.
Teamo has made managing a small team feel professional, organised and stress-free. For myself and my team members, Teamo is a dependable platform that simplifies administrative tasks and allows me to focus more on the sport itself.

Manage your Team/Club with frustration
One of the most poorly-designed, non-performant and bug-ridden apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. And I’ve worked in digital design for nearly 30 years. The only joy I get from Teamo is when I close it.
Terrible Lag
This app needs some serious help.
It lags and just randomly shows some messages.
The team captains port, does not allow the captain to see the pool of players.

Cluttered and confusing
Have absolutely no idea how to navigate this app or whose messages are from who. So confusing. My daughter has 2 teams and I have 1 . They have to realise that members want simplicity

Our team is using Teamo this season, so far I’d say it’s been average, every time I open the app I get “No Connection”warning, the chat is slow and buggy with no delete option, I hope it get better, What’s app group chats seems to be a better app.

This is hopeless. Fails to refresh the calendar; fails to send email login codes. Useless

Can’t seem to register
I just can’t seem to register for their app - never get verification emails. Such a painful experience and can’t book my club without it. NB I work on apps for a job so not a digital ludite
No way of seeing who else is going.
Unlike Spond where you can see who else is going, with Teamo, you can’t, so you don’t know what the standard or gender split will be before signing up.
Excellent app! So easy to use!
New to using Teamo, setting up our team was super easy and the app does everything we need. Excellent communication with the support team if stuck with anything. I would definitely recommend!
Always crashing
Almost every other day, I have to uninstall the app and the reinstall it. It’s always glitching. It gets frustrating. When it’s not doing this though, it’s great.
