Error message when logging in
The app is great when it works but this is now the 2nd time I am getting an error message when I’m trying to log in. The password is correct as I am able to login to the website. I’ve tried changing my password, deleting the app and reinstalling it and those are not helping it to work. I’m hoping someone is able to help get this working again for me. Thank you!

Not User Friendly for customers
Your customers will hate this app. It’s so outdated and confusing to sign for a league. They make it very difficult and add at least 6 extra step to do the most basic signup. You will have a very high cart abandonment if you use this app.
No game schedule added
Unfortunately I don’t think my teams schedule gets uploaded to the app.

Chat won’t open
My daughter’s basketball team uses the chat feature to communicate. I get the notifications but am unable to open and see the chat. It just freezes. I have logged out and logged back in. I have removed the app and downloaded it again - no help. Works fine for my husband.

Super easy to use and their support team is literally the best!
Easy team chat
The new chat features is super easy to communicate with the team. The app update is easier to navigate. Not being on social media is sometimes a challenge to keep up with current events but this definitely closes the gap.
Managing multiple orgs
My daughters play both softball and soccer and both leagues use TeamSideline to manage their league. It makes it so easy to track everything from my phone from the app and sync their calendars directly to my phone. When things change at the last minute I love the notifications that come via text and in the app.

Love the New Member Passes
My wife and I both coach and I really like the new functionality in the app. Being able to pull my team’s member pass directly from the app and quickly swipe through them is a total time saver!
