Does not work consistently

It often doesn't update for weeks at a time (meaning you don't receive notifications for weeks). This defeats the purpose since I want this app to ensure I receive notifications whether my phone is nearby or not. It's great when it works but it's too inconsistent to be relied on.

Very inconsistent

I purchased this because the free version was working inconsistently but the paid version is just as bad. It often doesn’t update for weeks at a time (meaning you don’t receive notifications for weeks). This defeats the purpose since I want this app to ensure I receive notifications whether my phone is nearby or not. It’s great when it works but it’s too inconsistent to be relied on.

Initially right after getting the app set up on my watch and subscribing it worked beautifully, but after that the chats never again updated. And support does not reply.

Response from developer

I’m sorry to hear that syncing isn’t working for you. The latest update includes major improvements to sign-in and watch synchronization, so please make sure you’re on the newest version. If the watch still doesn’t sync, try signing out in the TeamsSync iPhone app, signing back in, and giving it a moment to reconnect. If it still doesn’t work, please reach out to me - I’ll be happy to help you get everything running smoothly. Thank you for letting me know and for giving TeamsSync a try.
