Little functionally and then it stopped working
When I am in the field and need my tools, it is critical they work. This app was not spectacular from the start but today it has left me stranded in the field which is unacceptable. When I get to my office I’ll have to contact my IT but this failure costed me money.

Doesn’t support passwordless sign in. And this a first-party Microsoft app?!
App doesn’t work at all
After opening D365 in mobile browser the app was recommended. There’s not a single opportunity or menu to navigate.
Unusable
Honestly not sure how this app has such a high rating. It looks like it would be useful. I can view an opportunity but barely any information and can’t even see next steps. When looking at Accounts you can’t see contacts or contact information. Lacking a ton of information and not very easy to navigate.
