Very lacking

The mobile version is extremely lacking. All you can do is look at tickets and sometimes respond.

* You are unable to search for tickets.
* Unable to create new tickets.
* Unable to see or add attachments
* Unable to edit comments

There is much lacking with this app.

This app is absolutely terrible

We were told when we signed onto this service two years ago that this app is under development. It has not changed a single iota in that entire time. You cannot manage or massage the column views at all in the application. You can search through files, but you cannot change your default views. It is a complete waste of time! It is making us even consider scrapping this entire project and moving to another provider. Very disappointed in the amount of money we spend with this company, and get absolutely no development at all on the application.

Better off using the web version

I love the full version of Team Support.

The mobile versions not so much. Here’s why:

1. Still can’t open a new case. When I am on site and a customer asks for help with some new issue I can’t open a case to keep notes in unless I go back to my laptop.

2. No view of the knowledge base from the mobile app. We have started putting more and more things in the built in knowledge base but you can’t even see the knowledge base from the mobile apps. (Well at least the iOS versions. I don’t know if Android is different.)

3. iPad is a non-starter since the app doesn’t support landscape mode.

Don’t waste your time

App is mostly useless. Won’t load tickets about 99% of the time. Apparently there is no interest from the company in making it work.

Not much offered than a fairly cursory ticket view

Very limited ticket views and maintenance

You’re better off with a browser, especially if using a tablet. Might be Ok for call center manager to get a bird’s eye view of current activity and a possible quick response.
