Avoid at all costs
This app is even buggier than the Teamtailor website, and I didnât think that was possible. The login doesnât work half the time and it is near impossible to view candidates or messages.

CV viewing
What a horrible app experience. Quite why CVs (pdfs) canât be viewed within the app is a complete mystery. This has been basic iOS functionality for years.
To have to swap out to Safari, download the CV, then view it separately in the Files app is (a) unacceptable from a UX perspective and (b) a GDPR nightmare making the app unsuitable for use in the UK and any other country that cares about personal data

At best basic. Reality, poor
This is a limited App. It has some of the main features of TT but is limited to reviewing a recruitment campaign on the fly as opposed to being able to design one.
There are significant bugs in numerous areas. For an example the notification goes out of sync easily and the number of notifications you see sometimes has no relationships to the number of mail or alerts.
However the real weakness is the Team Tailor platform itself with unreliable triggers, phantom errors and message templates which does one thing on one occasion and does something completely unexpected the next. Been logging and working through these with the support team but most of these consultations end up with unresolved errors.
So the App is poor but the platform itself is poor so canât expect much more than this.
Just expect to do basic admin and live with itâs limitations

Itâs okay
When you receive a notification, you canât actually click it and be directed to the candidate. You can not filter candidates or sort like you can online. You canât look at jobs. It just doesnât seem complete

It loops infinitely when i login by google account.

The app is great when it works.
Unfortunately thatâs not very often, wonât even load up at the moment.
Now frustrating the hiring manager who have started using it too.

App keep breaking
Once you go into a job in the app, the screen keeps refreshing rendering any other functionality impossible.

Utterly broken for weeks now
App has been broken for weeks. Completely unusable with candidates and jobs stuck in an endless loop of refreshing. I went with Teamtailor in part due to the mobile functionality and itâs been really damaging not being able to use it. Only update when I ask for a time line on a fix is âdonât knowâ.
Buggy UX
This app is very buggy. Similar to the website, it looks pretty but unfortunately is lackluster functionally. Will probably have to find a new vendor if they are not able to make UX fixes quickly.
Bug while adding stories
Adding stories works on my iPhone XS with iOS 17 but doesnât work with iPhone 15 pro with iOS 17.0.2.

Without the job view, the app doesnât really work. Teamtailor is a great recruiting tool, but the app does unfortunately not work.
Not campatible with ipad
The screen is not turning when ipad turned and neither is the size of the screen adapted to the ipad screen
