Old app is better

the old app is much more user friendly. everyone at my gym is still using the old app not this new one.

Can’t log in

Since upgrading my phone I can’t log into this app - it takes me to the browser to log into then sends me back to the app to start the whole process again. Have redownloaded the previous app.

Awful!

Despite having downloaded the new app and booked all my appointments for the next four weeks, the app now won’t show me my upcoming sessions and therefore I can’t cancel them when I need to. I’m likely to not renew my Pilates membership in 3weeks time simply down to the issues with this app which is the only way I can book. Terrible!

Not new. Not improved.

Wow. I cannot believe this is the ‘new and improved’ version with a ‘better interface’. Clunky, awkward, content hyperlinks to web, poor interface and design. Can only be described as a high school kid’s work. Old app is far better!

Just call it the Page Not Found app

Works ok once you’re in it, but it seems that every time you open it, it has forgotten who you are. Can’t be that difficult?

Terrible view

Stick to the old version

Useless compared to the old app

Old app was so much better, this one is so glitchy, continuously logs you out and generally just not user friendly

Zero stars

This new app is dreadful. Constantly can’t get on to view/book/cancel sessions. Fed up of deleting/reloading/updating. It’s NOT fit for purpose. I’ve made comment twice in-app after becoming so fed up of it constantly having glitches and now here. Is anyone out there in their tech team listening?! SO many people at the gym are complaining.

Garbage!

If something isn’t broke, don’t fix it. This new app is terrible and now doesn’t seem to be working at all. Whoever’s idea this was needs firing! Absolute rubbish.

Shockingly poorer Ux than the previous one

Poor layout and use of font leading to a lack of clarity of what is booked and when.

Lots of space used so lots of scrolling needed between classes.

Days of week need to be clearer for the classes that are booked.

Waiting list needed on booked classes, so we know whether to release them for peers who may be waiting.

Many other small things, which, like Stockholm Syndrome, I’ve learned to tolerate…

Old app remains dramatically better

Even after the March update, the old app remains significantly easier to navigate. In desperately hoping it won’t be retired, because this new one is terrible. Businesses considering beginning to use Team Up should avoid, your clients may well hate it too!

Old one much better.

I never write reviews but am compelled to for this!!

The old one had clearer, better and quicker navigation, easier logon, better overall UX.

The new one requires more key presses, has no slide scrolling by day, you scroll down into the next day by mistake.

Think about what the User wants to do! Basic stuff easily and quickly.
Seems like change for changes sake.

The new version claim “Experience faster booking, fresh design and new features” is a joke. Is a major step backwards. Sticking with the old one as long as I can.

Much worse

Little irritating problems. For example, a small error message appears over the book button. The tiny cross to get rid of it doesn’t close the message so unable to book. The class fills up and I’ve missed my spot. Another example is repeatedly not booking and having to round and round clicking book until either it works or there are no spaces left. I hope my gym changes their booking app

Awful “upgrade”

If I could give 0 stars I would!
Old version was so much better. Harder to see the classes with this one, and theres been loads of times I’ve thought I’ve booked myself on to a class only to turn up and find I’m not booked on.
It would be nice to be able to see how many people are on the waiting list before adding yourself to the list. Don’t know why the app was “upgraded” to this rubbish. I don’t know anyone who likes this new version. Wording is too small and it’s all crammed together so it’s not easy to read.

Doesn’t work!

Use the old app. That does work

Terrible: freezes, crashes, doesn’t open all the time

This is a replacement for the original app which imo worked fine. The new UI looks nicer I will give you that, but it just keeps crashing or freezing. The amount of times I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work is at least once per week. I am debating on going back to the old app and just getting used to the stupid banner on it telling you to download this app.

Dislike

Updates app is terrible

Don’t switch from the old app

The old app is faster and better. The new one doesn’t keep you logged in, is slower to respond to taps and things take time to load. They have improved the design recently, though.

I believe they’ve changed from building native apps specifically for iOS and android to building one app using some framework like React, and it really shows.

A massive step backwards

I’m genuinely bemused how this has got through any sensible level of user testing and been signed off. This is basically the desktop version crammed into an app…which defeats the point of it being…an app. I can only think someone somewhere thought this was going to be much more cost effective…and forgot to think about the end users. Competitors will be rubbing their hands together.

Old app is better

Reverting to using the old app given that it has more membership info in there. I can’t even see what date my membership renews in this new app and half the links send you to the website instead of giving an in-app experience
