Cant see pictures or GIF’s. Of you try to scroll back through a conversation the chat blacks out. Sometimes old gifs appear where pictures are supposed to be. Messages don’t actually send even though you hit the send button.

Pure rubbish
How did this app go from ok to absolutely unusable rubbish?! I dont even know where to start with the bugs. Try to send an attached image with a message, the app crashes so hard you can hear it on the other side of the planet. You respond to someone else while they are typing? Their message disappears until you reopen the chat. You would think the messages would load in the background when you receive them oh boy. Everything needs to load up again while the UI is jumping up and down like a child on redbull. Either the dev team is made out of juniors and they are seriously underpaid (which i would a 100% understand why they would not be bothered about the state of this app). You guys are probably using this app at Teamwork. No one has ever flagged these issues?? Bruh. 🤦♂️

iPad Issues
Usually works great on iPhone, but it has begun crashing immediately upon opening on iPad - it’s been this way for a while without resolve.
Good … when it’s working
Haven’t been able to use chat on my iPad for weeks—opens, then crashes (iOS 18.6). Still usually works on my laptop, but super frustrating not to be able to check on work while away from my desk. Uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times was no help, no information on tech support available.

It’d be one thing if this was like a social chat app and someone could miss a cat photo or something, but as a business tool it is a huge and stupid issue where if I send a team member a critical message they only receive it 30% of the time. You guys are trying to do way too much, and should focus on handling the basics like team communication.

I usually know there's an update when the current version ceases to function properly.
Other times, it just stops working right because.
Features don't all parallel the web or PC client apps. Aren't even apologetic about the inconsistencies. It's like they're two different companies. Makes it pretty frustrating for our team.
In fairness, the programming is getting better and the performance more reliable. This could be a five-star app with a little TLC.
Chat is integrated into Teamwork Projects, which we love. So we deal with it and hope it will all come together someday.

Great support
The app seems to work as expected now after a problem. Less than two weeks after submitting screen shots demonstrating a major bug, the developer has issued a new version that works. I am generally really impressed with the support by the TeamWork team. Submit a ticket regarding any of their products and they respond quickly and with a genuine desire to help.

Constantly crashes, uninstalled after less than 5 mins
Never ending mindless updates
They update the app several times a day sometimes really mindlessly logging everyone out, app forgets login info and logs everyone and every connected machine out. And you call this a productivity app. All Teamwork apps are way behind the curve. We will not be renewing.

Never loads recent messages
App always notifies you when a new message arrives but it never shows when you open it. So makes app useless. Has been like this for months. When will there be an update?
Can’t sign in after update
After update closed and reopened app-no luck, powered off and on-nothing. Deleted n reinstalled the app-can’t sign in. Had to do couple times. And it worked.
Doesn’t work. Constant crashing.
The app doesn’t even launch anymore on my 6s+.
