App not user friendly, food and drink are great
So this has nothing to do with the staff or the food and drink, which were amazing and wonderful. I have been the 2 teaspoons so far and the staff was great and the drinks were amazing. I think it’s frustrating when navigating in the app you can lose your entire order and you have to go back in and re-Order. But it is super easy to pay and I love having the Apple payment option. The current promotion of getting three dollars off your order is definitely awesome too.

The App is much better than it used to be, but is missing two pretty important features: Apple Pay, and the ability to delete drinks from your cart without clearing the entire cart.
