Cannnot get TechCu QR code for security

1. if i deal with more than one user account is not easy to understand, which one is am in

Useless app with lousy service

Tech CU App is one of the worst app and does not do the basics which is allow to make a payment. Plus the company asks for insurance which is outside to a different organization and they cannot read insurance and they make you spend $100 for a 3rd party insurance.

Easy and comprehensive!

Transfer

Why is the transfer experience sooo slow on initial load. When I'm transferring money between my accounts. It takes minimum 5-10 sec to load the transfer UI. Very slow. I liked the old UI since it was fast

New integrated app

The new app took a little getting used to. I had to get help. But once I understood what to do. It works much better than having a business banking app and a personal banking app all in one place. I would’ve appreciated a help center so that I knew how many digits of my bank account to enter.

Snapshot/ Remember me

With the recent update in Tech CU banking app even when marking the option “remember me” the app forces me to login with username and password each time. it is very annoying and time-consuming as well as I turned on snapshot option and it does not save this option as the snapshot is not visible upon opening app please fix soon.

Mobile deposit now broken

The mobile app update broke the mobile deposit feature and there is no support for issues with the app. Back to the branch office. Very disappointing.

Good improvements and key losses

Key missing or obscure functions have been fixed: thanks!

One of the nice improvements is that the web version and the app have nearly identical UI and capabilities.

But…

I now need two logins to manage credit cards as my wife’s and my accounts are now separate. Vanguard handles this issue by allowing us to sign a form allowing each of us to make transactions for the other.

I can no longer display transactions defined, e.g., by “February” and even worse, I can no longer download the displayed transactions as a .csv file.

Making changes to make things less user friendly

They keep making changes to user interface with no regards to ease of use.

Colors removed

I like the new app but I miss the blue and red colors from expenses and entries. It was so easy to figure out what money came in and what went out. Please bring that back. It is a valuable human factor.

The new app is not great

I absolutely love my account at Tech CU but their new app is horrible. It doesn’t open for at least 5minutes even with full service (I pay for unlimited). It can be very frustrating when trying to access my accounts quickly.

Love the new refresh

Have been a member of TechCU for almost three years now. The new app is fresh, light and easy to use. I love the design and the information architecture.

I am also so glad that Zelle is up in TechCU - so now I can transact between my accounts much more hassle free.

Great job TechCU. You guys always top notch on member experience. This app now ensures the digital experience is top notch as well!

Very intuitive

Does everything you expect a big bank or fintech to do, but all delivered by a credit union!

Zelle Crashing App

Ever since they added Zelle, app has been crashing.

Updated app has some serious password issues

Won’t let me reset password despite following guidelines. Whoever is in charge of this app, why on earth would you break this so badly.
