Fallas en la app

Es una buena app sin embargo, tiene muchas fallas. En WhatsApp nunca funciona, nunca resuelven porque es un robot automatizado. Ahora mismo al momento de revisar mis inversiones la pantalla se queda en blanco. Mi app la tengo al día la actualizo, la reviso, le doy seguimiento y ese problema tiene más de 20 días. Y mi asesor nunca me resuelve tampoco, solo dice que pasa el reporte.
