Hi Raj, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in. There is an iOS bug that sometimes prevents deep linking from working. If you follow these steps your issue should be resolved. 1.) Uninstall the Teddy Tracker app. 2.) Restart your iOS device. 3.) Reinstall Teddy Tracker. 4.) Proceed with the sign in as normal.
