too cheap and lazy to hire actual artists for their clothes, they rely on ai generated art that betrays their “punk” image. dont waste your money

I ordered 2 lip glosses from teen hearts. I never received them. I wish I would have read the reviews on Reddit, google, ect. This “company” is a scam. They will take your money and will not ship the products that u ordered. Thankfully I only lost 18 bucks but it could have been hundreds. STEER CLEARRR!!!!

honestly, reading the reviews, i was very nervous placing an order. most of the reviews said that their order didnt ship whatsoever, but two days later,my package shipped, and arrived exactly a week after i ordered. the quality of the items themselves are very good, and the packaging was in perfect condition. Highly recommend !

Issues, but well worth it.
I have ordered maybe 6/7 shirts from this company and havent been disappointed. sure, i ordered 3 in february and got them in may, but even still they are my ALL time favorite shirts, and i have recieved NUMEROUS compliments on them. the support team was in contact with me through the whole process, and even made a last second shipping address change. they may take a while, but to me thats okay. builds suspense. not to mention the fantastic prices as well, and the frequent deals for orders. i even got some friends to get clithes from them too, and they actually havent run into any backorder issues. all i can say is that with the quality and look of the clothing, the backorder makes sense.

Goofy weird and unique also GREAT prices
I’ve been buying from teen hearts for a while they are a very unique and different brand. Have a lot of hippie clothes I like and other things that make me raise my eyebrow. The clothes are good quality and they don’t take too long to deliver. Definitely worthwhile. Best thing about them is they don’t overprice their shirts and there’s usually sales so you can get shirts for half off a lot of the time.

They beat up my grandma
I ordered over a month ago and they quoted a 4-6 business day shipment period along with the possibility of multiple tracking numbers because they ship what they have when they can. I never received my product and they’re refusing to refund me or contact my bank regarding a dispute I filed. I’m in college and the $90 I spent would’ve gone a long way with food!!
They also agreed that they’re homophobic and racist. My order number is 500047. Refund me and I’ll take this down.

They don’t give you an option of looking at your account nor the history
I also spent $90 over a month ago (they say shipping is 4-7 days) they responded to a couple emails saying they were changing location and would give an update and never did and when I told them I would be reporting them I haven’t received an email since now not sure how to go about getting my money from them

It arrived? I guess?
I ordered an XXL “boner garage” T shirt and was super excited to show my boyfriend my adorable new shirt-
It never arrived so after a month assuming i was scammed i ordered the same shirt for a cheaper price from a different service though sadly they didn’t have black-
After MONTHS about 3-4 it gave me a notification it arrived and i was thoroughly confused and annoyed.
I’ve moved since so I believe that shirt now belongs to the new tenants if at all.

Look up reviews, don’t fall for the scam
Having ordered one shirt from these guys before without issue, I figured there would be no problem if I were to order three shirts from them. I placed the order on August 3rd and it’s September 26 and I haven’t received anything. The 10-15 days processing is a lie, as well as the fact that they’ve “just moved warehouses”. None of the shirts I ordered were on backorder OR out of stock yet here we are. If you look it up they’ve been using that excuse for YEARS. You will never receive your items from these folks (let alone a refund or updates on the order you’ll never receive!), so after you place your order go ahead and take the initiative to report them to the Federal Trade Commission as well as the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Took months for me to get my 2 shirts
IT IS A SCAM, REPORT THIS APP TO GET IT REMOVED!!
Placed an order and never received it, was told it was a warehouse issue but then when I asked for refund after waiting for more than a month they just stopped reply to my emails all together
So unique & perfect!
You do have to be careful how you wash these, because the design can come off with time, but all of my shirts i've had for over a year and still wear them!! they're soft, and the designs are so CUTE. i've been with this brand since high school and adore that they carry plus sizes! ITS ALSO SO CHEAP. $13 a tee, for the quality, you cannot get a better deal anywhere else. LOVE TEEN HEARTS ☺️

I placed an order of $125+ more than three months ago and in my first claim they said that they were changing warehouses, in my second claim that they had back orders and in my third claim I have been waiting for a response for two weeks.
A total disappointment because they have very good art, but they don't serve as a business.

BUYERS BEWAREE
When buying items either shirts or hoodies keep in mind they take a month to arrive and 4 business days to ship. Even when their site it states “ shipping within 7-10 days.”

i put my order in a month ago, sent numerous messages and emails and i have gotten left on read and delivered. i have still not received my order after almost spending $50.

i ordered 4 shirts on february 4th. the order was received and money taken out of my account. nothing was ever shipped. they only responded once to my numerous emails and messages to say a shirt was backordered. i waited another month after being told that and still nothing. i requested a refund no response. i had to file a claim to eventually be refunded after almost two months of wondering and waiting with no updates no customer service no shirts. if it wasn’t for paypal and me filing a claim in time i’m sure i would NOT have ever received my money back. thanks for wasting my time teen hearts. you tried to scam me. make sure to look them up on the better business website and you’ll see i’m not alone in this experience with them. scamming is apparently a regular business practice for them.
