Always problems
Glitches with loading and displaying lectures. Worse if trying to fast forward.

Useful when I need to rewatch a lecture but then the files suddenly disappear so I dunno what the deal is with this app. Might as well just watch it on your web browser.
Unusable
Videos don’t play when you try opening them. There is also no way to get help or contact Tegrity to report to them that the app is unusable. Tegrity is making it very difficult to do well in class when you can’t watch the lectures.
Say no to the update
The app worked great until the most recent update. Now I’m unable to listen to any of my lectures on the go. They simply will not play.

Doesn’t work anymore
It worked before. What happened? I updated and it won’t work anymore. I can see my lectures but I cannot play them. Please fix this. This is unacceptable.
App is Broken
The app shows all of the recordings that I have linked to my account but cannot play any of them, which kind of defeats the purpose of the app entirely... I tried to use the support link and that link is a dead-end which defeats the purpose of the support URL. Fantastically disappointed

The previous version worked and since the update the videos won’t play, download, or nothin...frustrating!
No longer works
I used to use this app all the time to listen to lectures on the go. Since the last update, all I can do is add lectures to my "watch later" list. No streaming, no downloading. I can't watch or listen to anything. Really killing my productivity. Tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck...

Won’t play videos
I have used this for school for years. With the latest update now the videos won’t play.
Doesn’t play and the help link is broken
I installed this app for the second time, and now I can see the recordings but they won’t actually play. The ‘help’ link returns a ‘can’t find this page’ message. So far I have wasted 30 minutes trying to get this to work when I could have been getting other things done while listening to the lecture. Instead I have had zero productivity. Very frustrating. 5 star rating for concept; 0 point score for execution.

Doesn’t Work! Download Tegrity Lecture Capture App
9.4 broke video playback. The app is worthless now. A workaround right now that I discovered is to download the Lecture Capture app. Despite how it sounds, you can watch your professors course recordings there.

I think this is just since the recent update, but the app is totally bricked! You cannot play or download videos. Update ASAP!
Doesn’t Work Anymore
I guess I’m here for the sole purpose to bash on the last update this app had. I don’t review much of anything but when an app I use regularly switches to a “cleaner look” but lacks the functionality it once had, it’s frustrating. I use this to listen to lectures when I’m driving. Once it starts working again I’ll repost if I remember.

Version 9.4 Broke the Application
I rely on this app daily. I was able to view my videos in version 9.3, and can no longer in 9.4. I tap the play button, it highlights, and no video playback occurs. Please fix this.
Split View
App was working fine until latest version update. Why was split view support for ipads removed? Please add it back, thx

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. App crashes continually. Don’t waste your time trying to fix it or calling Tegrity. They do nothing.
