Poor app
Terrible app. This is the primary method for accessing Teignbridge facilities but it does not work.

Really poor all around
Don’t live in the area. Just want occasional sauna. Have to create membership which now won’t let me log in. So created a new account which is still pending. Really bad attempt to make the process modern and streamlined.

Can’t see how, no guidance. Quite rubbish in my opinion.

Trying to book a family swim is like mission impossible. Have to use app to book. Have to register as a member to use app. Have to add every family members details in yet the app and website won’t actually finish the process of adding a family member so therefore can’t book to go swimming. I’m sure once it’s all set up and working properly then it will be easier in future but as of now it’s been nothing but frustrating and still haven’t been able to book anything.

Not the simplest app
Takes some getting used to, particularly the ‘parent portal’. Not the simplest of apps, but useful to check timetable.

Doesn’t work
The app. will allow you to open an account, but not book a session - waste of time. Unfortunately, you are only allowed to book swimming sessions using the app.!

This app is 17+ which means 16 year olds with app restrictions can’t access the app, which they need to book.
In addition, child VISA cards still not accepted at the desk for payment despite this being raised multiple times in the last 5 years.

Unable to add family members
Have tried a number of times to add family members so I can book my son into swimming lessons. Every time it freezes.
I also tried going through their website and the same thing happens.
