Despise my HOA for using this
This app sucks. It never updates as it should. Only app on my phone that does that.

Not sure who in the management company works for this firm but it sucks. We had Gate Sentry and it was very easy to use. This is horrible and costly

New update made a semi functional product even worse. You can’t renew a previous guest and the new import from contacts list feature does not port phone numbers over correctly (country code affects digit input).

Missing basic delete function
Most importantly you can’t delete any visitor entries! None - permanent, temporary, or expired. Perhaps there’s a reason, but it seems like a huge oversight. Less important, the app looks very “cheap.” It is low on the “appearance” scale.
Terrible
I can never understand why they turned a normally functioning app into a jumbled mess of useless garbage. It was working fine. Now simple tasks as simple as adding a temporary visitor takes 10 times longer, and then visitor doesn’t even show up on the list. Complete garbage.

Unable to update
Poorly made app - I have completely deleted the app 4 times and reinstalled in order to try and get the new update with absolutely no luck. I even reset my password to see if I could get it to work.
Update locks me out
The update made it totally in-accessible, cannot log in, no option to change password, deleted to re-install and can’t even download… what a piece of junk! Our security can just get phone calls now, from 4,000 users… thanks for nothing.
Poorly designed
The app and website are not well designed or intuitive. Certainly it is to whoever designed it but obviously they are not a real life user. They really didn’t think out the flow, functionality and terminology. See what they were trying to accomplish but failed in execution
Bad interface
Just a poorly made app. I can’t understand why it doesn’t automatically populate the dates with the date range selected. It also has issues with copy and pasting visitor phone numbers. If there is not a very specific format of the phone number, it will not accept it. This may be the worst app that I have ever used.

There is no way to register your username or create a password.
Usability enhancement request
When copying/pasting a phone number from contacts (IOS), the country code e.g. +1 for US is pasted into the app which hoses up the parsing of the phone#. User must paste the number somewhere else and copy the number without the country code, then cleanly paste it into the app phone field. Recommend stripping the country code out or take only the right-most 10 digits.

User name assistance
The app has deleted my username on all of my mobile devices. There is no way to retrieve a username on this system. There is a way to recover your password but without a user name, that is impossible. I don’t see you support number to call so now I wait the whole weekend until my community’s administrator can assist with this.

Buggy
This app is extremely buggy. Sometimes sends notifications, sometimes doesn’t. Usually when I get an sms notification it comes through twice (annoying). App does not obey notification settings eg. I have email notifications off but I still get them. When my husband deletes visitors on his phone the show back up until I also delete them on my phone the whole thing is just clunky and full of buggy code. Any security agency should be embarrassed by this mess and I plan on bringing this up at our next HOA meeting.

App doesn’t work, lousy support
Zero stars. Despite repeated requests over several weeks to fix serious errors, (such as inability to add a visitor, the very reason for developing the app), nothing has happened. Just the occasional email to say they’ve elevated the status of the request.
Man, this is bad...
My neighborhood just switched to this app and man is it bad. So much wasted space. No touch log in. Cards displayed "Last Name, First Name" but sorted by "First Name". No search. Cards display an empty space followed by a comma if no name entered (like for a company). This application was obviously outsourced and was probably written in a couple of days (if that). This app could be so much better.

So much room for improvement
I never receive notifications from the app when a visitor arrives even though it is set to notify. It would be so much more convenient if when adding a new visitor you could access your Contact in your phone to import their information.
