Terrible User Experience
They require an excessive amount of documentation. First, they ask for three months of bank statements, then they ask you to connect your bank account so they can monitor transactions—which feels unsafe, especially after already receiving the statements. They also require references from coworkers, employers, and previous landlords, with each person forced to write at least 100 characters. On top of that, they request numerous documents, including insurance and vehicle registration. The app is also extremely buggy and constantly gives errors. The entire process is excessive, invasive, and frustrating.

Quick & Easy Application Process
Some issues
Everything was great, but the most important part didn’t work right! I needed to Mark a different date range on the application since I am joining an existing lease, however, it didn’t let me! It was fixed to the current year / month. Probably will delay me.
