Updating my review
I had a comma to me, horrifically embarrassing moment, early on when I opened my account. However, everything since then has been pleasant and wonderful, and everyone has been kind and patient. Right now the only thing I’m disappointed about is that there aren’t as much locations, specifically one closer to where I have moved to since opening my account. The nearest location is a couple hours or so 😅

Extremely inconvenient
I switched to Telco from a major bank but some of their features are bizarre. For starters, even though I live five minutes from my local bank branch, I can't actually call them. They also don't have ATMs in their lobbies so the lines for the drive-through ATMs or for the bank tellers are that much longer. I can't even access my own account number unless I request it in a message which is not terribly helpful when I'm trying to set up direct deposit for something that is time sensitive and this is the one thing holding me up. It wasn't even in the paperwork I was given when I first opened the account. I understand wanting to protect client data but protecting it from your client is pretty silly. Do better Telco or you're going to lose me as a customer.

really annoying!
The software did not recognize the amount on my check. I had to take the whole thing down and re-enter the app, which was really annoying!
Crappy app
It’s hit or miss if it lets you log in. I’ve tried swapping between wifi and data when it acts dumb and no different result. Really annoying to not be able to check my account when I want to and need to.
Sufficient
The app could use a little UI sharpening and the load times could be shorter, but it does every job it promises fairly well.

Unprofessional employees
Tunnel rd location I had my bank card stolen and my bank account emptied they told me the only way they could help me was to have a police report made then they would step in but I had to put them down as a victim on the report or they wouldnt accept it however they were not the victim unless they paid me back what was taken off my card but I did everything by they ask only for them to tell me that they were going to let the courts take care of it that they couldn’t do nothing about it further. I think that was very unprofessional and they also have an employee that I know is racist and hates white people brcause she has always gave anyone that’s white a very hard time and she will make it a point to not help them with Anything.-it’s bad that you can’t trust your bank that you have banked at for many years.

App and DevOps need serious work.
This app hardly ever works. It always says we are sorry the server is down. I can't access my account for 2 days now. I do not recommend this bank or app.

I love telco. But step your game up
LOTS OF glitches with the computers and phones in the telco app everywhere. Please update your app because your employees work hard for there money and are losing good paying customers due to a faulty app. With low security and little to no advancement

On line deposit
I’m very mad you are now charging for on line deposits. I made great use of this feature and refuse to pay for it. I will be switching bank accounts elsewhere for my everyday banking.
Worst bank and App
Telco isn’t good, their customer service is terrible their app never works and everything is lack luster do not bank with telco
Keeps locking me out of my account
I need to be able to check how much money I have whenever and wherever i am at if y’all keep locking me out I’m gonna close my account and take my biz elsewhere!
Not user friendly
I registered on my phone, problems logging in on my laptop ☹️

Other times it just won’t even let you log in, just sits there and spins trying to load.
