Terrible

Can’t even pause my card someone is currently stealing my money and can’t do nothing about it banks closed no lines are helping

New app

This new app stinks
I want old one back

Absolutely horrible

The fact that the app doesn’t update your finances correctly and neither does the website is absolutely terrible. Tried making multiple payments on my credit card and after days it’s still not updated. This genuinely changed how I view the bank as a whole. Seriously not even an upgrade.

Not able to sign in

The frustration is strong. Not only was i never informed that there was a new app and went multiple days without access to my account. When i went into the bank they finally informed me, but did not show me which app it was. Once i finally was able to find the app, i have been stuck on the same screen, “Check credentials” i have double and even triple checked my credentials and yet still have not been able to sign in. I have checked online for tutorials and still have not been able to get in. I dread having to use “forget password” since i wont be able to use the same password again. I ask that help is provided.

Not user friendly

Ugh

This is not an improvement.

I want ALL of our accounts displayed on one screen, and interaction between accounts with ONE sign in. I do not want separate PIN s for accounts. This does not feel like an upgrade. Rachel Johns.
