Horrible
This is an absolutely horrible app with terrible support!
Frustrating app
My company uses this app so I am stuck with it but I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. When people call me, the call drops before I can even answer it. When I dial out it takes forever.
The company says The app doesn’t work properly unless you give them permission to everything they want access to on your phone. For example I don’t feel they need access to my contacts. This app is only used for work so I only need to use the phone directory built into the app.
Anyways, I really dislike this app.

Terrible App!
The only thing worse than the app is the customer service. They have told me that I need to uninstall and reinstall the app 3 times already and now are suggesting it is my WiFi that is the issue when I had no problems getting calls throughout COVID.

Downloaded the Mobile app and the newer software version is much better.
All phones don't ring
App is buggy and fails to ring all devices simultaneously. This is the default setting under Answering Rules and it doesn't work.
