Terrible App
I wanted to get an eSIM but was unable to find it at all and the app keeps redirecting me to the app itself. Never ending story. Fix the app asap as it looks exactly the same as your website. Terrible!!!

The app is totally useless for iPhone users with older versions of their iPhone. I have fully functional iPhone 7, with up to date iOS version 12.5, which is not supported by the app. Again, totally useless app for users of older iPhones.

Please don’t repeat same answer as in June that you support English or any other language. This rating will be 5* if you keep promise (remove supported languages from app store) that you left in developer response from June.

English language is currently not supported in the Telekom app and we do not plan to support in near future, but may come in the future.

The app works great now. The only problem is that there is not an option to change the language of the app (despite the developer saying it’s in English...). Best of luck learning Slovak!
