Terrible App
I wanted to get an eSIM but was unable to find it at all and the app keeps redirecting me to the app itself. Never ending story. Fix the app asap as it looks exactly the same as your website. Terrible!!!

The app is totally useless for iPhone users with older versions of their iPhone. I have fully functional iPhone 7, with up to date iOS version 12.5, which is not supported by the app. Again, totally useless app for users of older iPhones.

Please don’t repeat same answer as in June that you support English or any other language. This rating will be 5* if you keep promise (remove supported languages from app store) that you left in developer response from June.

English language is currently not supported in the Telekom app and we do not plan to support in near future, but may come in the future.

The app works great now. The only problem is that there is not an option to change the language of the app (despite the developer saying it’s in English...). Best of luck learning Slovak!

Horšie
Horšie to už nemôže byť. Asi miliardu krát. Škoda, že sa nedá dať mínusové hodnotenie. Okrem platenia a nič nehovoriaceho prehľadu neposkytne nič. Hanbite sa za to, že ste boli schopní vôbec niečo také vypustiť do sveta. 🤯😡🤬🤬🤬

Got worse
Je to horsie ako ta predosla verzia. Konkretne mi chyba moja spotreba, aj ked mam sms neobmedzene. Chcem stale vediet kolko som pouzil. To iste s minutami. Zda sa mi, ze ta predosla verzia bola detailnejsia.

Super app len keby ukazovala platnost kreditu neviem preco spolocnost nezrusi platnost kreditu na neobmedzenu ako to je v o2 v anglicku

Absolutne hrozna appka, nefunguje ani bobijanie creditu na Easy kartu ani prodavanie bankovych kariet. Bud dostanem skuste snova error alebo nejaky skript error. Uplna na hovno.

Terrible..
App is just terrible.. navigation is terrible, app often crashes.. in year 2017 still not optimalized for iphone 6(s),7 (plus).. thats a bad joke.. I cant understand how deutsche Telekom can approve app like this..
Invoices
Application is fine, but when I try to open an invoice it crashes.
Who knows?
This app might be brilliant. But I'll never know because it's not in English as stated on the app info when downloaded. And as with everything else in Slovakia, you can assume it's rubbish unless it's demonstratably excellent.

Po aktualizácii stále zamrzne vobec ma neprihlási len sa krúti koliesko... iPhone 4 iOS 7.
