Been trying to get this work for like 30 mins with my girlfriend to watch a show together and the links don’t work, it just takes us back to the download app link and it doesn’t actually work. Signed & wasted money for no reason

Broken subtitles, no support.
I’ve used this app for weeks with my overseas partner to watch movies together in their language, which I needed subtitles for.
It worked well until an update broke it and I can no longer see subtitles on my end at all. I reached out to support, they asked one question about which app and streaming service I was using, I answered immediately, and then heard nothing back. I followed up multiple times with no response.
If the point of this app is helping people bridge distance, breaking subtitles and then not responding to support requests is unacceptable. Fix the bug or fix your support team, because right now neither is working.
