Useless app, nothing works
I tried to scan my US passport, but it doesn’t work. My phone is blocked because of this stupidity that I can’t resolve. Very discouraging to visit Egypt again. Whoever implementing this system is lazy and stupid (it negatively affect tourism)
Doesn’t work properly
I’ve been trying to scan my passport to register for ages, it is absolutely useless. This is the first app that wouldn’t scan my document.

Unusable
It wouldn’t even let me scan my passport to make the account, so now my phone is just shut off and I don’t even know what to do. I moved to Egypt and apparently they want me to pay taxes on my phone I already had at home? That’s literally the dumbest thing thing I’ve ever heard.
Not working
Worked for one day. Logged me out and impossible to log in again!!! Fix it please!
Theft Attempt
A cheap attempt to rob more money from Egyptians.
Doesn’t work.
Tried multiple times to scan my passport never works. They are saying I need to spend £150 to use my own phone as a tourist, (iPhone 14) messaged them multiple times on WhatsApp with no reply. Ridiculous really is.

Not working out of Egypt
This app doesn’t work out of Egypt
Unusable.
I enter IMEI code. Its fails and says come back later. I try to create an account as different nationality with no option to put a number except Egyptian dial code +20. I try to scan my passport. It opens the camera, scans then fails. Nothing works. You can’t check your phone as a guest and you can’t setup an account. How are you supposed to use it?

If you value your mental health do not use this sorry excuse of an app
This is by far the worst application I’ve used in my entire life. The WORST UXUI, and all customer support have to offer is “wait 48 hours and try again”.

first time i tried checking my imei it said too many tries and come back in 24 hours. how can that be when it was my first time checking? is there nobody keeping this app up to date or what?

فشل تام
طلع لإبنك من الدرج أي موبايل قديم مصري هتلاقي عليه ضريبة ويعطل، تواصل مع الخط الساخن علشان تحرق دمك معهم في جهل شديد ومستوى وضيع علشان في الأخر ترميه وتروح تشتري موبايل جديد سواء مستورد بعملة صعبة أو تجميع محلي لمكونات برده مستوردة بعملة صعبة.. يعني منتهى الغشومية
Payments keep getting blocked
This app is the worst. Payments keeps failing. Tried calling for help, unable to pay over the phone. Finally payment went through after hours of headache and multiple attempts. My husband had the same issue. Fix this!
