Absolutely Useless to Foreigners
I have been trying to pay my registration fee for the past week. Since getting rid of phone registration at the airport in January, the NTRA has implemented a system that doesn’t even work for foreigners. I am unable to scan my foreign passport because the camera won’t recognize it. Multiple foreigners I have talked to in Facebook groups and on Reddit have been saying that there has been a little to no help from the people at the app to get their phones registered, and they have had to resort to asking locals to do it for them through their information. It’s very sad that the NTRA has implemented this app without a failsafe in place — an actual physical human being to help with manual registration of phones. Not very smart to rely on technology to do this task. I would highly suggest the NTRA open up some office offices around Egypt, where foreigners can walk in and get their phones registered with actual human help.

Very unreliable
It keeps giving an error message that the service is temporarily unavailable. I am unable to check IMEI at all from outside Egypt or pay the fees.

2- App gave me max number of tries error , try again in 24 hours before I even started

Non functioning garbage
The only recommendation I can give is towards Apple - delete and ban this App from the App Store!
