UPDATE: if you log on to check messages from customer service (as this is the only way to communicate with customer service) they WILL log that as “using matchmaking services”. So if you try to dispute the charge they will say you used the app so “services were provided”.
Got this through a free promotion
"lifetime membership". Was then charged $333. Disputed it twice and lost because in the TOS is basically says they can take back any promotions and change any prices at any time without notice.
Also, no one uses this app. I waited for a match one was never provided so l never used it after signing up. Just to even get into the app, not LOG IN, you have to agree to their TOS.

SCAM APP
This app sucks you in for “ free” trial then rips you off for $333 after 3 months! No subscription shown on apple subscription in settings to cancel! Had to report fraud and closed credit card account because of this app.

I have no memory of signing up to this. I would never pay for an app like this. They just “accepted my account” and charged me $333. I have literally no memory of even applying. Scam.
Stolen debit card info
I don’t know how this company managed it, but somehow they got my debit card info and just tried to steal over $300 from me. I didn’t even remember signing up for this app..it was probably offered as a deal.
Location & Price
Probably a great app/concept in theory but definitely not in practice. It’s honestly all deceptive to begin with. $300 membership but no where is it found that it’s based out of NY!?! I’m in Miami, what good is that going to do for me? Not to mention they use your information, via text and email, to try and force you to become a member aka paying them $300. Really now…

CAN’T GET OFF
The app is really not user friendly. Lots of bugs, there will be days on end I can’t log on. As well I’ve been trying to cancel for a month and I can’t get anyone to message me back through the app or email. I’m being held hostage on this bogus app.
DONT USE!
You cannot delete your account!!!!! You will get stuck in an AI blackhole of automated responses (just like the app) and you will NOT be able to delete your information!

Received a free membership trial or whatever . Its been months and months and my profile was still “under review”. Seemed like a scam that if you got a code to join up without paying, that they wont let you actually use the app. I would highly advise that no one give this app/company any money.
Can't get in
Got a lifetime membership and now it won't let me log in unless I give them a code or pay $111. This has some serious problems.
Useless
What a joke. I downloaded this app SIX DAYS ago, wasted half an hour filling out their endless questionnaire and uploading photos, and my profile is STILL “under review.” Meanwhile, they try to get you to spam your friends to “move up the priority list”, IF you invite three friends. Seriously? If it takes them this long just to approve a profile, I can only imagine how bad the rest of the experience is. Total waste of time.

Many fake reviews; poor customer support
I have to say I’m absolutely appalled by their level of support. Or the lack thereof, rather. I’d raised a concern regarding a missing upgrade (I’d chosen to upgrade to lifetime membership) and the abject insouciance with which my request had been handled is quite telling and I don’t see how you think one would be enticed into trying a paid upgrade.
I do notice other glitches in the app, and a couple of them are annoying, but while the concept and idea did sound appealing (which is why I thought I’d give it a go), the way my complaint is being handled has lowered my opinion of the app and the developer team. I’m sure you folks are better than this. And if all those positive reviews are legitimate, please do prove it.

The greed this company has can only be matched by the site amount of personal information they know that obviously will be sold to anyone and everyone as their tos and privacy make clear they can use in any way they wish and for whatever purpose that helps them which means they have zero concern for the user experience beyond how much information and data you provide for them to sell 💯🤥💯🤮💯😢
