Thank you for trying Teleprompter Premium+, and we are sorry about the charge. Being billed for something you did not mean to buy is a bad experience and we do not want it. To be straight with you: the try me script is free to read, and a subscription can only start after Apple asks you to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your password. But we looked at our own paywall after reading your review, and the button on the plan simply says Continue, which reads like a next step rather than a purchase. That is our mistake and we are changing it so the plan and the price sit on the button itself, with the billing terms right next to it. For the charge itself, Apple handles refunds directly and quickly: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, pick Teleprompter Premium+ and request a refund. We will not stand in the way. You can also manage or cancel any plan under Settings, your name, Subscriptions. If you want to give the teleprompter app another try afterwards, write to us at guides.teleprompterpremium.app and we will help you set it up properly.

Thanks for downloading Teleprompter Premium+, and we are sorry the first few minutes did not feel easy. That is on us, not on you. It would genuinely help to know where you got stuck, because different people hit different walls: creating your first script, finding the scroll speed, keeping eye contact while the text moves, or recording video with the teleprompter running on top. Write to us at guides.teleprompterpremium.app and tell us the one screen that annoyed you most. We read every message and we ship fixes fast. Two things that make the app click for most people: tap the pencil in the bottom right to start a script, then press play and use the speed slider on the player to match how you actually talk. If you prefer not to touch the phone at all, voice mode scrolls the teleprompter as you read out loud. We would rather earn a second chance than a one star, so tell us what to fix.
