Fraud and Fake

Request people to stay away from this Fraud Application. It genuinely feels like fake profiles are being created and managed by the matrimony team itself. These profiles conveniently accept interests sent by users, which pushes customers into purchasing a membership. But once the membership is taken and the profile contact details are unlocked, the same profiles either reject calls, keep calls unanswered, or never reply to messages on WhatsApp at all.

I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either.

Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious.

It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches.

I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. If the company genuinely needs more money to run its operations, you could simply ask me directly instead of resorting to such misleading and unethical practices.

Worst Matrimony Ever - Complete Waste of Money and Time!

Choosing Bharat Matrimony is the biggest mistake. We have paid them money 2times. But no use…
Their strategy is highly manipulative. When you create a new profile, they flood you with options to make you believe they have great profiles. But the moment you pay the money and take a premium membership, everything disappears. There are absolutely no suitable matches, and a majority of the profiles are completely fake or inactive. They only care about looting money from desperate families and provide zero service. Please do not trap yourself by paying them. A highly frustrating and pathetic experience!

Don’t pay for Additional services

They promise to deliver.. they just want you to collaborate with Relationship Manager, but very poor work.
DO NOT PAY FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Worst glitchy app ever

Worst worst worst app ever. These guys are doing but extorting money. This is their business model, lying to you about the very service that you paid for and asking for money by giving you limited services. AND THE SALES PEOPLE ASK YOU TO CHANGE YPUR MARRIAGE PREFERENECE SO THEY CAN SEND YOU THE PROFILES THEY WANT. Hell to do with this app. Marriage is a pure journey. If you want to keep it pure do not download or pay for this app. Mark my words for an automated developer reply to this review after the post this.

Least interactive and worst functionality

Worst app in matrimony field. Can’t open or do basic surfing without running into issues and the customer care response is not all available to resolve any issues.

Useless App

I uninstalled and deleted my profile 10 min after installing. The photos don’t upload, gets stuck very often and is very slow & unresponsive. Don’t waste your time here.

Frustratingly worst experience so far

It’s been over 15 years since the launch of Telugu matrimony but the app is kinda trash. Even website doesn’t function properly sometimes but let’s focus on the app here. There are multiple instances where it gets super frustrating while using the app. For example, when I click edit profile and start typing my “About me” section, the top lines and bottom lines will keep going behind the keyboard in a way that we can’t see what we’re typing and deleting, it becomes a blind task. And after I typed a few paragraphs and saved it, it displayed a message that the profile was updated but when I check the profile, it still has old content. And there are other similar issues. I contacted customer care but no response. I guess more efficient IT staff needs to be hired by the company to fix issues quicker and make everything work smoothly.

⚠️ Worst Matrimony App – Full of Fake Profiles & Corporate Scam Tactics

This is the worst matrimony app I’ve come across. Most of the profiles are fake, likely created by the app’s own team. They use deceptive tactics — showing fake interest or likes from supposed "matches" — just to lure users into buying expensive subscriptions.

Once you pay, you’ll quickly realize the truth: those profiles either disappear, or the users suddenly become "unavailable." The customer service? Non-existent. If you face any issue, don’t expect support — they will completely ignore you.

Worse, the marketing team keeps bombarding you with calls, pressuring you to upgrade your plan. It's clearly a well-organized corporate scam targeting people who are genuinely looking for a life partner.

⚠️ Please do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent app. They are exploiting emotions and trust for profit.

Very limited and repetitive profiles

While they boast of biggest matrimony site, in reality the profiles they show even to their premium members are very limited and repetitive in nature. Once you become a paid member, they show no interest in you. They send and show the same profiles repeatedly in mail and app, which is not acceptable. Their own other matrimony variant sites step in and start showing you different variety profiles and lure you to become members. Simply that’s how they work. Just because people have no time and nuclear families people go after these matrimony sites. Go and be in touch with your family circles you will get better matches.

Auto renewals

The service is really worst even we can cancel our auto renewal membership in this app and more over the app doesnt even work on laptop when it works in mobile waste of our money.

worst app and customer service

The customer service chased me continuously to buy a package and once I bought a combo package, the login wouldn’t work. To resolve it, they said they going to give a video call to verify and enable login which is fine but it’s been three weeks since they said that and I opened liked 10 tickets and still no call. Having no other choice I moved to a different matrimony service. Pure waste of money.

2 factor authentication is really required

2 factor authentication is a necessity. Anyone who knows our password can login to the account and do whatever they want. Can you please introduce 2 factor authentication? It is really required for safety and security of the users. This is a bug or it makes the platform less safer without 2 factor authentication. Worst app ever

One of the worst app ever used with bad user interface. Customer service people doesn’t know how to solve the issue, they just ask us to take the suntans make n number of calls each day. Once subscription is purchased they don’t even call us to ask how it’s working or facing any issues. Their profiles doesn’t get updated and show only the repeated ones. If we contact them for any issue only solution they can provide is email us and will solve it in 24 hours. This app does have fake profile and some people can even traumatise you. I will never recommend this app to anyone in future.

Telugu matrimony apps are a waste of time. They focus only on making money, not on helping future generations or creating the best matches. Please never take any membership, as they are scammers. They always post the outdated profiles. We end up wasting our time trying to connect with their support. Please don't waste your money and time; you will definitely lose hope if you pay for a membership. This is the worst service I have ever see

Worst support and app

You can make a subscription via the app but you need to talk to agents to cancel it. This is by design. Worst features. Dont get me started on the so called gold membership with very much limited access to profiles.

Spam profiles & data stealing

I had a poor experience because there are too many spam profiles being used to steal personal information and photos. There is a strict need to validate a profile before it goes live.
