Fraud Telugu matrimony

I took membership after many calls from their agents. After taking the membership totally fake profiles and repeated profiles appearing and I spoke with customer service agents to change my marital status and even sent a multiple mails but no response. I fed up and asked for refund as per the policy via mail which has got no response. Making peoples fools and making out of money from the needs.

Very disappointing experience -not worth the money

I had one of the worst experiences with Telugu Matrimony. I paid for a subscription expecting better service and useful features, but unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money for me. The subscription charges are very high compared to the quality of service provided, and I did not receive the value or support I expected.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend the paid subscription based on the service I received. I hope the team improves its customer service, pricing, and overall user experience.

Misleading Sales, Poor Customer Support

Misleading sales and poor customer support. I purchased a membership based on promises made by the sales team, but the service delivered was completely different. Now I am being asked to pay extra again. Customer care is not responding properly. Very disappointing experience.

Fraud and Fake

Request people to stay away from this Fraud Application. It genuinely feels like fake profiles are being created and managed by the matrimony team itself. These profiles conveniently accept interests sent by users, which pushes customers into purchasing a membership. But once the membership is taken and the profile contact details are unlocked, the same profiles either reject calls, keep calls unanswered, or never reply to messages on WhatsApp at all.

I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either.

Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious.

It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches.

I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. If the company genuinely needs more money to run its operations, you could simply ask me directly instead of resorting to such misleading and unethical practices.

Worst matrimony ever 😤

Worst Matrimony Ever - Complete Waste of Money and Time!

Choosing Bharat Matrimony is the biggest mistake. We have paid them money 2times. But no use…
Their strategy is highly manipulative. When you create a new profile, they flood you with options to make you believe they have great profiles. But the moment you pay the money and take a premium membership, everything disappears. There are absolutely no suitable matches, and a majority of the profiles are completely fake or inactive. They only care about looting money from desperate families and provide zero service. Please do not trap yourself by paying them. A highly frustrating and pathetic experience!

Don’t pay for Additional services

They promise to deliver.. they just want you to collaborate with Relationship Manager, but very poor work.
DO NOT PAY FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Lag and Hang Issues

Hi, recently I purchased Prime Gold Plan. From that day onwards, I am observing Lag and hand issues when trying to scroll and view all matches or Viewed by me list. Hope it could be skip token issue.

Device: iPhone 13
OS: iOS 26
Wifi: Act Fiber with 100 mbps

Big Scam - Paid 40k for assisted service for nothing

Such a big scammer, when the assisted service getting over, they will change the RM by saying some reasons, again new RM will come - no use, then again change of RM (with some non sync reasons) as of now changed 3 people, still those fraud people trying to convince me to pay 20k again for assisted service

Not much profiles and shows always same profiles even after months

Initially TM team will design the app for individuals to attract and take the payments or package and after that, we will not see any new profiles and all the time we opened it shows same profiles..But if we take personal assistance services then we could see new profiles mostly..How cheating they are really...

Worst glitchy app ever

Worst worst worst app ever. These guys are doing but extorting money. This is their business model, lying to you about the very service that you paid for and asking for money by giving you limited services. AND THE SALES PEOPLE ASK YOU TO CHANGE YPUR MARRIAGE PREFERENECE SO THEY CAN SEND YOU THE PROFILES THEY WANT. Hell to do with this app. Marriage is a pure journey. If you want to keep it pure do not download or pay for this app. Mark my words for an automated developer reply to this review after the post this.

LOTS OF FAKE PROFILES

Telugu Matrimony is full of scam profiles. Most of the girl profiles I came across were fake or misleading. Some even try to scam you by asking for money or giving false information. The platform doesn’t seem to verify users properly, which makes it very unsafe for genuine people looking for a serious match. I wouldn’t recommend this unless they take strong action against fake accounts.

Please do fix all the bugs

Please fix all the bugs frequently there are lot of bugs in iOS versions notifications of accepting or declining and notifications of short listing and please fix bugs of app badges ( even after clearing all the notifications in app then also app notification badges appear in iOS
