Terrible
Received some material from a physio and downloaded the app which I created an account for with my email address. I then received an email to validate said account, clicking the validate link in the email opened the app with options to resend a validation email and nothing more.
I’m not sure how companies of this size can develop such terrible software, like the very most basic functionality required doesn’t work, how does this pass QA ?

Amazing Customer Service
Have had a few issues getting set up, but a responsive, friendly and efficient team has been working with me, and so helpful.
Waiting on my correct birthdate to be entered so I can complete the questionnaire, but am sure this will be done before my appointment, as the team hasn't let me down yet! Thanks to all 🤍

Signed up and immediately the app doesn’t let you log in. Total wast of my time. Garbage app!
Terrible
Won’t let me register. Frustrated that my medical clinic requires I use an app. Appalled that Telus has anything to do with my medical records.
I might have found this convenient and possibly useful if it let me register with my clinic but the “next” button is just greyed out and all of my information is entered.

Giving up after 5 tries to complete setting up …emails sent to confirm spins back to staring point
Easy booking & online appointments
I like the ease of being able to book online as well as seeing a practitioner online. This service saves a lot of time wasted travelling to a doctor’s office.

Worst App Ever
On two separate occasions my drs office has sent me communication through this app. I have not been able to access at all. The app keeps sending me in circles confirming my email. The on line help is useless.
Doesn’t work
The app does not work at all, extremely slow buffering. Can’t search the clinic name, address, city, or doctor name in the search bar.
Scrolled through, which took 30 minutes and my clinic still was not there.
I would not recommend any clinic use this app.

Horrible app and inexistent support
This app is quite clunky and not user friendly. On top of this, I can’t go back to my clinic. I opened three support request and the only think I have is the promise of a reply in two business days and nothing else. No one go back to me and I can’t use the app anymore. That Telus is horrible I knew before and they keep showing lack of care for their customers.

Trying to book an appointment
BEFORE Tellus , it was very easy to book an appointment online. It should have been left as is. It’s ridiculous now and very frustrating. Again, I am unsuccessful trying to book. I see, even to write a review now, you need to choose a nickname, another waste of time, trying to choose a nickname that isn't ‘already taken’.

Terrible app for health plus medical appts. Simply IMPOSSIBLE TO SETUP AN ACCOUNT THAT WORKS. BOOOOOOO
Wonderful app
Great for scheduling appointments and this is in the realm of health care.
Resetting password
Repeatedly loops back to login page rather than being able to create new password. Tried deleting the app but it forces you to download it to reset the password but,again, it loops back to login.
Not a fan
Very slow. When I want to make an appointment, I want to do so quickly. It was quicker for me to call. Hopefully it will speed up 🤔
