Worst App Ever
On two separate occasions my drs office has sent me communication through this app. I have not been able to access at all. The app keeps sending me in circles confirming my email. The on line help is useless.
Doesn’t work
The app does not work at all, extremely slow buffering. Can’t search the clinic name, address, city, or doctor name in the search bar.
Scrolled through, which took 30 minutes and my clinic still was not there.
I would not recommend any clinic use this app.

Horrible app and inexistent support
This app is quite clunky and not user friendly. On top of this, I can’t go back to my clinic. I opened three support request and the only think I have is the promise of a reply in two business days and nothing else. No one go back to me and I can’t use the app anymore. That Telus is horrible I knew before and they keep showing lack of care for their customers.

Trying to book an appointment
BEFORE Tellus , it was very easy to book an appointment online. It should have been left as is. It’s ridiculous now and very frustrating. Again, I am unsuccessful trying to book. I see, even to write a review now, you need to choose a nickname, another waste of time, trying to choose a nickname that isn't ‘already taken’.

Does not work
Terrible app for health plus medical appts. Simply IMPOSSIBLE TO SETUP AN ACCOUNT THAT WORKS. BOOOOOOO
Wonderful app
Great for scheduling appointments and this is in the realm of health care.
Resetting password
Repeatedly loops back to login page rather than being able to create new password. Tried deleting the app but it forces you to download it to reset the password but,again, it loops back to login.
Not a fan
Very slow. When I want to make an appointment, I want to do so quickly. It was quicker for me to call. Hopefully it will speed up 🤔

I found this app very useless for finding clinics not user friendly
Camera is always on
The camera is always on while using the app, it feels very invasive.
It would be nice if you could print your documents. Or email them to your own verified email.
Dont recommend
This app is very poorly designed. It does not let me add connections. Zero support, have to wait 2 business days for someone to help.
Camera Privacy
Camera indicator green light is on all the time, even if you’re not using it while using the app.
Buggy
Still can’t make an appointment. Video is glitching constantly turns off audio and video when moving screen horizontally to vertically

Frustation
I a 81 yrs old female. Try to follow instructions but often taken to a place I do not want,need or understand.( tested for any brain disorder nut my cognitive ability 100 per cent. Confirmed but medical professional.). Hope you can guide me to the correct procedure❤️.
