Completely useless and nonsensical
Why even have this service if there are no appointments available until the middle of 2027? This is completely absurd!

I am very pleased with this Dr. She goes above and beyond. Highly recommend her.
Doesn’t care about patient health
No longer gives a prompt to book a follow up appointment for lab results, so unable to go over or renew prescriptions and thus threatens patient healthcare.
No appointment available + bad interface.
I scrolled and tapped the whole calendar day-by-day. There are no available appointments. Why do I have to tap on each day to see if there are any appointments available? Just show me the dates where there are availability.
Never any available appointments
I have tried to book an appointment multiple times over the past few weeks and there are never any available appointments. It didn’t used to be like this.

I used to be able to see the same doctor and everything was great, now I can’t :(
Garbage service.
I need 2 prescriptions fill out by a doctor. Dr states he can only prescribe 1/2 as I’m a new patient and he does not know me nor see the other prescription on file.
I say fine, this imbecile says bye and hangs up the phone.

Good concept, poor availability
I am fortunate to be a healthy person who only needs annual bloodwork, so I’m fine with the concept of a virtual walk-in clinic for my needs. However, it is very frustrating trying to get a family doctor appointment through Telus due to the limited number of doctors in the system. It would be wonderful if the system could automatically find appointment times and offer them to the patients, rather than having to login at random times during the day, hoping for an open slot.

Available Appointments
I wish there would be more appointments available. I don't have a family doctor and there are long periods of time where I don't see any available appointments on the app.
Never any appointments
They claim they post appointments every day. I have checked every day for two months and have not been able to get a single appointment.

No appointments
This is literally a waste of time you spend time writing, what you need an appointment for and then there is literally no appointments available. You can scroll for months. There’s nothing. waste of time.
Frequently crashes
Even though I updated the app and got it working last night, i am unable to open it. Did not work even after phone re-start.
Waste of time
I have not been able to find an appointment for weeks. I checked multiple times a day. I’m out of my prescription tomorrow and I’ve emailed them twice with no response to see if there is an emergency option when there’s no appointments available. I’m looking for a different option at this point.
No appointments
I’ve been clicking on multiple times for the last two weeks to book an appointment to get the results of an X-ray. There are never any appointments available. Complete joke.
