Lacking information

I don’t like that I have to access a separate link and login to get appointment notes and prescription details. Had an appointment for my 5 year old daughter, and the login info they provided wouldn’t allow me to access the appointment details/prescription. No confirmation in the app regarding the prescription. Also, calling for support at AM MST and they’re closed?!
