I went through the different templates and I’m very impressed!

This boosted my creative juices and has me excited about using it to get my startup business started! Y’all covered everything from product planning, marketing, budgeting, basically everything I need to turn my ideas into an actual business.

Flat icons section

There is a Black couple, a white couple and a mixed couple with WW and a BM, but no mixed couple BW and WM, why is my family not represented? Also, there are no Black professionals depicted along with no white prisoners. Just casually racist in each of your apps.

completely confusing, badly organised

it is impossible to find the items one has already bought. Instead, options for further purchases keep appearing everywhere. I dont know at this stage where to find and how to access the very expensiver templates I bought so far.

There is a "Purchased" section below in the main screen, so you should be able to locate all your purchased items there. This section disappears if you purchase all content via the Bundle purchase - then you can simply access all items anywhere. If you need help with anything, please email us at support@jumsoft.com. Refund please!

Hello, I purchased this app 10 minutes ago and it does not add anything of use to my work. I liked the infographic for PPT but the rest does not add value. I’d like to stick to my original purchase and get a refund here. Could you please let me know who to contact for this?

Looks nice but honesty - no widescreen!

I would simply not bother to buy this if you are serious as they bafflingly do not have widescreen PowerPoint templates. I mean, sure the stuff looks nice but in 2018, who uses 4 x 3.
Simply baffling and not wirth your mney until they change their old fashioned ways

We have added 16x9 (widescreen) options to Layouts for PowerPoint. You can choose the default size when opening by clicking Edit > Default Theme Size in the menu bar. Themes for PowerPoint will be getting widescreen alternatives in the very near future!

Everything is for sale… nothing is free

You can download the app for free, but there are no free templates, especially for very basic thing like “flowchart”.

Every item category offers at least one item for free to try - they are usually the very first items of their respective categories. You can also find the free items included in the Purchased section for your convenience. We have also made some flowcharts free, and you will find them in the Infographics > Diagrams section.

模板五花八门，配色和图案都很生动。可以在准备文件时节约不少时间。需要改进的一点是：搜索模板只能用英文名字，中文搜索完全不行。希望可以尽快增加搜索帮助选项

This app has all the content you need!

This is a great app providing very useful templates and content for the whole productivity suite!
I’ve never experienced any issue with any of the templates. In addition, templates gets regularly updated and refreshed with content created in alignment with trending designs.
A must-have if you are working on MS Word documents, MS PowerPoint Presentations, MS Excel Sheets. You’ll also find letter templates, icons and infographic templates within the bundle.
Great app definitely worth what you pay for!

Worked as expected

Great templates, clipart and icon’s to use for mostly Powerpoint, however there are some Word, and Excel templates mixed in there. I have already used a few of these one pagers in client presentation decks and it has already paid for it’s self. The integration into office products works great. A five rating would be given we cold get on-going updates.

Same opinion as for iWork equivalent

I am always put back at the top of the list of items when I right-click and “add to favorites” which is extremely annoying since I have to find my place again everytime.

Other than that, it’s a fantastic app and you get frequent updates and new additions. I definitely recommend it despite the bug. I’ll update to five stars once the bug is fixed (and I notice it).

I'm absolutely amazed with the number of templates this app offers. It give a lot of options to produce content on very high level. New designs of my documents are stunning.

The amount of money for purchasing this application may seem so much at a glance.
