Zero Quality Control

This app does not work to book a visit to the open house of temple square. The website points to this app yet it does not work. Sadly there is no fallback via a webpage. You would say they have testers to confirm this app works, yet it does not. Code is cheep these days with AI. Surely they have had years to test this thing before the go-live-date. I’m saddened by the little care this app has been given.

Awful

This app is horrible. Every time it’s someone else’s name. Figured they would have fixed it before more people started using it for the SLC temple open house. I’ve never used it to book a reservation, yet have 35 reservations and have reached the max with my church account. Don’t bother with this app.

Wrong name- everytime

Everytime i open the app, logged in with my account, it loads someone elses name in the top of the app. Also the app support link is broken. So i cant report this issue.

Also I can see 5 other peoples tickets under the “my visit” upcoming tickets tab.
