Seems to be a dead product

Many bugs, but most annoyingly Gmail integration has been broken for years and has never been fixed

Terrible companion app

This app is subpar and doesn’t work correctly. Starting off with a bad implementation of login which forces the user to authenticate in a in-app browser (rather than using the popup version of safari), which is a security risk and bad practice. Then, it is incredibly slow and doesn’t find issues to log time when your Jira has several project.
It is simply better to use the web version from your desktop, which is not issue free, but at least works.

Boot up problems

Very convenient but App keeps crashing and closes on boot up.

Simply Unusable

It would be a higher evaluation if it was free but this an interface to a service that I cannot interact with via the app. So completely unusable for me.

Screen repeatedly goes white

No where to find a place to reach out to support to report issue easily. Hoping this gets through. I will open the app and the screen will go white. I will have to reopen and have a matter of seconds before it happens again.
