Many bugs, but most annoyingly Gmail integration has been broken for years and has never been fixed
Terrible companion app
This app is subpar and doesn’t work correctly. Starting off with a bad implementation of login which forces the user to authenticate in a in-app browser (rather than using the popup version of safari), which is a security risk and bad practice. Then, it is incredibly slow and doesn’t find issues to log time when your Jira has several project.
It is simply better to use the web version from your desktop, which is not issue free, but at least works.

Boot up problems
Very convenient but App keeps crashing and closes on boot up.
Simply Unusable
It would be a higher evaluation if it was free but this an interface to a service that I cannot interact with via the app. So completely unusable for me.
Screen repeatedly goes white
No where to find a place to reach out to support to report issue easily. Hoping this gets through. I will open the app and the screen will go white. I will have to reopen and have a matter of seconds before it happens again.
Recent Versions Unusable
Recent versions crash constantly, and force closing the app doesn’t help. I have to uninstall and reinstall for temporary relief.

The app crashes a lot it needs restarting every now and then, or even deleting the app and reinstalling it again.
Useful but buggy
Please fix the bug whereby the total worked time for a day doesn’t update when a new log item is added.
Narrow Use Case
This app is only useful if you don’t care about when you logged a task, just how long it was and if you use google calendar.
If you’re like me, I use the actual wall time to remember switching tasks (I worked on this task in-between meetings, got interrupted by a phone call at this time, etc.). I also use Outlook, so this app is pretty useless to me.

Resolution has changed for iPhone 12 Pro Max
The log time button has gone on top near the wifi icon and hence at times can’t be clicked
Great tracking when it works, but it’s got a big bug that makes it impossible
There’s a big bug with the current version that shows the wrong Day name and date number. For instance, if it’s Sunday, December 6th, it will show as Saturday, December 6th. Not only is that confusing and error prone when tracking time for the week — as you switch weeks it bugs out and won’t let you get back to the current week. It confuses itself probably from the same initial bug. Weird stuff, I hope they put time in to fix this.

Bug for Nov 2020
November 1 is missing from the calendar and it is showing every day in November off by a day—for instance November 2 is showing as Sunday, not Monday!

Looking for office 365 calendar integration on the app. Currently there is only google calendar option available.
Good but problems
Developers responded promptly.
When you get a status message it covers the currently running timer, causing you to have to wait for the status message to disappear before continuing.
Would be good to see some offline functionality because network errors are frequent on this app.
Uses a lot of CPU, could be better native perhaps? Have received html error messages in the status update.
