Don’t listen to the bad reviews!
I really do not understand why so many negative reviews about this app? The app works great! All you have to do is create an account and use the code that was sent to you by the staff at the location of the test site where you went to get tested. Once all the info is in, the app displays the status of results from your swab test. Maybe y’all are setting up the app incorrectly or just don’t know how to use it! Also on older iPhones the app might not load correctly but that is due to your phone being to weak to handle to all, not the app’s fault! The app works great and does that it says it does. I’m not a bot or a paid individual to write this review, I am writing this review to clear up the smoke from all the bad reviewers about this app. Don’t listen to them. If you follow the instructions, the app does what it is suppose to do, show you the results from your swab test.

Garbage
Have tried multiple times to activate. Every time I get a verification email and click the link it brings me to a “Having Trouble” web page. Useless App!
Trouble Creating Account
Making an account has issues. These steps worked for me:
1) click the activation link texted to your phone to download app. 2) click the link under create new account that says create with text code . 3) Use the code texted to phone, input your email when asked. 4) delete the app from phone. 5) restart phone. 6) redownload app from the store. 7) open the activation email sent earlier. 8) click the activation link, which opens the app and allows you to create a password
Also would recommend declining the 10 year future medical record access for Tempus (which requires signature). It seems strange that the testing center did not mention anything about this. Your info is supposed to be anonymous but also doesnt need to comply with HIPAA anymore. But it's your choice...

Can’t delete and reinstall this app
I followed all instructions to activate my account and everything failed. I proceeded to delete the app, reset my phone and sign out of apple and the app keeps showing up on my phone and will not let me open.
Already worried, failed app - IT’S FIXABLE
It’s exactly as the bad reviews specify. You get a text or email and you are forced to download thier app to get the results. The sign in / registration process fails w the app. They have support via email. The process is remove the app, restart the phone, re-add the app, go to email and use activation link. This than takes you to the screen to add your new password. You do not have to accept the privacy policy to get results.
