Tenant Circle Inspections

TenantCircle is a renter-first rental inspection app for documenting the condition of an apartment, house, or rental property at move-in and move-out. Create an organized record before a security deposit disagreement begins. Follow a guided room-by-room walkthrough, note existing damage, add photos, and turn your inspection into a clear PDF report you can keep or share. DOCUMENT EVERY ROOM • Start with a guided rental inspection checklist • Record condition ratings, issue notes, and severity • Keep photos connected to the correct room • Create move-in or move-out inspections • Link move-out documentation to the original move-in record BUILD A CLEAR EVIDENCE RECORD • Capture photo timestamps and available GPS details with a paid export • Preserve receipt times and photo integrity information • Add an optional tenant signature • Generate a professional, organized PDF • Compare linked move-in and move-out inspections with the Complete Lease option SHARE WITHOUT THE PAPER CHASE Share a secure report link with a landlord or property manager for review. Completed reports can be reviewed online and countersigned, giving everyone one organized record instead of scattered photos, notes, and emails. START FREE, THEN CHOOSE WHAT YOU NEED Create one active inspection and export a free watermarked PDF with one photo per room.
